There are 3 ways to rent a vehicle from us:
-Online on our website www.corfuscooters.com .You can check the availability,the prices,the extras and choose the best
scooter and quad option based upon your needs.
-Via an email or phone contact. Our phone number is 0030 6930929358 (viber,whatsapp) and our email addres is

-Directly at our office that is located at Corfu airport area.Our office is also very close to the Green bus terminal and the city
centre of Corfu. Our address is Par. 3i Ethnikou Stadiou 36, Kerkira 491 00

To rent a scooter or a quad bike from CorfuScooters you must be at least 18 years for vehicles up to 250 cc .For scooters and
Atvs over 250cc you must be over 21 years old.
Also is requaired to have the appropriate category of driving license for each type of vehicle and previous driving experience.

In any case,previous driving experience is required to rent a vehicle from us.

Since customer’s safety is the most important factor for us,we do not rent scooters and quads at customers without driving
experience. Εven if the customer has the necessary driver’s license, our company reserves the right to cancel the delivery of
the scooter or quad bike in case it considers that there is a lack of driving experience and the customer’s and the vehicle’s
safety is at stake

Our rental price for scooters and quad bikes includes:
– -Third party insurance
-Roadside assistance
-Our team’s support
-Unlimited kilometers
-Certified and cleaned Helmets
-Extra top box(depending on the model)
-All taxes

All of our vehicles are covered by third-party insurance. Physical injury to other drivers, vehicle damage of other drivers,
accident care, and personal accident as well as legal services. With the insurance towards third parties, you have to assume
the total amount of damage for the vehicle you are driving and are responsible for.You will be responsible for any damage
or theft (partial or total) caused to rented vehicle up to the amount of market value at the time of the accident/theft .The cost
of damage or loss of rented vehicle is paid directly to our company even if he is insured by cash or debit/ credit card.We
offer an additional type of insurance ‘extra insurance’ that reduces the risk, at an additional cost.
No insurance applies for whatever may happen when the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When the driver
violates the code of road rules and regulations and at any time the vehicle is driven on an unsafe or unroadworthy area. For
example, any damage to the vehicle once it has been taken to mountainous or rocky roads, beaches, swamps or areas that
are deemed unsuitable for vehicles. Any damage to the tires, mirrors,extra equipment and underneath the vehicle are not
covered by the insurance policy. In order to be covered by the insurance for any damage, you are obliged to have an official
copy of the police report.

The ‘extra insurance’ reduces your liability amount to the 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle.So the tenant is
responsible for damages or loss only up to the amount of 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle.Ιf the amount of
damage or loss exceeds the 25% of the market value of the rented vehicle,our company will cover the additional cost.Also
‘extra insurance’ ensures the immediate replacement of the rented vehicle (based on availability).
For example to a scooter that has 2000 euro the 25% is 500 euros.
-If you cause a damage up to 500 euros you have to pay the exact cost of the damage.
-If the cost of damage is over 500 euros,you have to pay 500 euros and then,our company will cover the extra amount of
money to fix the scooter/quad bike.

We offer you 2 options about refueling the scooter / quad bike:
Same to same: You have to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level as it was at the pick up.If you return the vehicle with
less fuel, we will charge you the amount of the fuel it takes to refill the tank, in addition to a service charge
Fuel Up Front:This option let you purchase a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental, allowing you to return the vehicle
empty.The total up front fuel charge is estimated based on current prices and the average tank size for the vehicle.No
refunds will be given for unused gas.
Choosing ‘Fuel Up Front’ option :
-you take your scooter with a full fuel tank
-you don’t have to search for a gas station to refuel the scooter/quad before returning the scooter to the drop-off point.

-Online during reservation by credit/debit card.Ensures a discount price and it is not refundable.Free changes up to 24hours
before pick up time based on availability.
-By cash on arrival.Book from our website and choose to pay the whole amount at the pick up of the scooter by cash.Free
cancellation and changes up to 24 hours before the pick up time.
-By cash or card for rentals directly from our physical offices.

If your reservation’s payment method is by ‘Cash on arrival’ you can cancel or modify your reservation without any charge
up to 24 hours before pick up time.
If you choose to pay online by credit/debit card at a discount price, you can modify your reservation without any charge up
to 24 hours before pick up time but it is not possible to get a refund in case of a cancelation.

Of course!We offer delivery at the airport 24 hours a day. Our pick up location at Corfu airport is located just 200 meters to
the left of the arrivals hall.There ,at the authorized scooter and ATV parking area ,our partner will be waiting for you to sign
the contract and deliver you the scooter or quad bike.

We offer delivery service for our scooters to your hotel almost to the entire island of Corfu.Choose the nearest location from
the location list during the online booking process and we will contact you to corfirm the accurate location .At the delivery
date, our partner will be waiting for you at the agreed time and location to finalize the rental agreement and deliver you the
scooter or quad bike.

In case of accident or mechanical damage you must notify us immediately .Contact us, inform us about the situation and we
will give you help and instructions on how to deal with the situation.

Ιt is our priority to make the customer feels supported during the scooter rental and his stay in Corfu.From the moment of
booking until the return of the vehicle we are at the customer’s disposal to solve any issue that may arise with the scooter/atv
rental.
Τhe most convenient way of communication we use to communicate with our client is Whatsapp.Except this,we can
communicate also via viber,messenger,email and phone call.
